The application will display messages at the top
of the screen in the event of errors. Below are some of the common
errors you may receive:
All information fields were
not entered.
If you get this error it is because you forgot
to enter information in one of the fields. Please enter all
information and try again
New passwords did not match.
The New Password does not match the Confirm New
Password. Please re-enter your information being careful to type
the new passwords identically.
New password was less than
four characters long or has been used previously.
Make sure your new password is at least 4
characters long and has not been one of your last 14 passwords
Unknown User ID.
The User name that you entered is invalid.
Either type in your correct User name or see the
FAQ above
Invalid User ID / Current
Password.
The password is not correct or you entered the
wrong user name. Re-enter the correct information again or see the
FAQ above if you've forgotten your user name or password.
Unknown Error
If you are getting this message then you there
may be something wrong with the application. Please contact your
local computer supporter. If it is after hours, or you cannot
reach a local supporter, then you can call the Help Desk 24 x 7 at (504)
